What happened at Craftsy?

Hi friends!

For those of you who have been a Craftsy customer, you will notice some changes if you log into your account today.

Back in December, Craftsy announced it was reducing the number of independent designer pattern stores. I talked about that in this blog post.

As of today, they have moved everything over to their new brand name, Bluprint. This is the website they had for their streaming subscription service for classes.

The website is mybluprint.com and if you bought classes on Craftsy, don’t worry. They are all over there on Bluprint. Any patterns you bought, it is all there. Just in a new spot!

Kind of like me- I have a new website. Of course, I didn’t change my name,  just my website.

You will login to Bluprint using your same username and password that you had on Craftsy.

The good news is, you do NOT have to purchase a subscription. An account is not a subscription; an account is simply what you login to.

But, a subscription will allow you to watch any and all Bluprint classes, but only while the subscription is active. If you have things like Netflix or Hulu, that is a subscription. You get to watch any show, whenever you want as long as you pay your monthly fee.

On Bluprint,  you still have the option to just purchase individual classes if that is what you want to do. You get to have access to the classes you bought anytime and you’ll always be able to access them whenever you’re logged in to your account.

I hope this helps… as the saying goes, inquiring minds wanted to know!

happy quilting,

Kate
